Maricopa Community College

Client: Maricopa County Community College, Arizona, USA.

Challenge: Maricopa County were long standing users of a competitor product. In 2023, they migrated to the CyberMind platform.

Requirements:

●Looking for a platform / range that meets their SOC team’s ongoing training requirements

●Require expert level, savvy and complicated attack scenarios

●Monthly team training sessions that are instructor led

Challenge: To produce hands on assessment to verify the readiness of their SOC team and provide training to fill any identified knowledge and readiness gaps.

Requirements:

●Needs to be delivered on site at the workplace

●FIBI want their cyber security team to train on a weekly basis

●Needs to be professional and at various skill levels, with ability to track progress.

Solution:

•Using the CyberMind platform, FIBI were able to create a competency assessment that provided an understanding of their SOC team’s baseline readiness across key cyber security principles.

•We produced a range of different attack scenario at various skill levels for the team to train on.

•FIBI used the attack scenario builder to design and deliver specific scenarios that exposed personnel to new attack types that are not often experienced but present a high risk.
